The waiter was amazing and all staff we met were so great! Of course the wine was perfect and our meal was so tasty! Love the igloos and that has to be the best way to distance guests in these unprecedented times! Great experience I will definitely tell all my friends to come enjoy as well!

We were only allowed to be in the bubble 2hrs and after being seated in the bubble 30 minutes went by and no one came to take our order... I finally went inside where the bar is and let the person know that no one has come over and we pressed the button several times. The gal apologized and said someone will be out soon. They finally came and took our order and 30 minutes later brought out our food and beverages. About $300.00 later i feel the service and food were not worth the price and trouble. The campaign was good, the cheese was good, and the falafel was good. The salad and everything else were not too good. If the service was better it might have been worth going back again but I don't think its worth the price when I can go to Costco and buy the champagne cheaper and the cheese... please hire professional staff and have them dress professional too. Train them how to answer questions and not blame others and make excuses for for things that may or may not be in their control....

We loved everything! We had so much fun in the "bubbles." They were adorable and comfy. The grounds were lovely. The food and drink menu was interesting and varied. The champagne cocktails were yummy; the food was delicious; the service was just right--attentive enough, but mostly left use alone to socialize. Quick and easy check in.
The only thing that I rated less than 10 is "value," and I think everything is fairly priced for its quality, taste, and presentation. Good portion sizes, but it's not inexpensive by any means. The pricing is similar to nice restaurant pricing on similar items. It's was well worth it to us.

We made reservations and checked in. It took a while for anyone to take our order despite not having many guests there. I was sad that the servers didn't tell me anything about the wine and just handed me a paper to go with my flight. I'm used to getting at least a little information about the wine and winery even if it isn't a guided tasting.
There were a lot of fruit flies inside while I drank my flight, so we felt like we had to guard our beverages.
I love sparkling wine, which is why I wanted to visit on my birthday.
Overall I felt like I was an imposition to the staff despite making a reservation and not coming in at the very end of the day.

We had an overall amazing expierence. I had never been here before and I loved it. It was a great way to celebrate my 31st birthday. The food was incredible. We were at Treveri for or daughter’s birthday. We are bubble club members and always appreciate the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. We ordered five menu items, all delicious along with each of the desserts to share. The sweet potato cheesecake was our favorite! The service was great, up until it was time to leave and our server disappeared. The inside staff helped us check out and buy more delicious wine. We will be back!

This was my wife’s and my second visit, we brought our adult daughter this time. Again it was super enjoyable. The weather was wonderful compared to Western Washington so we sat outside on the lawn and had a great view of Mount St Helens. The food again was fabulous. And the sparkling wine? Well let me tell you - none of us are big wine drinkers. But this sparkling wine? Very easy on the palate and compliments the different foods we had very well. Love. This. Place! My only regret is that we live 2.5 hours away — would come here 1-2 times a week otherwise.

This was my 2nd time at Treveri. my friends and hubby, it was their 1st time. They loved the food and the syrah and rose. I was very disappointed in a comment our waitress made. I felt very disappointed and sad, I was prejudged. We asked for some sort of light since it was very dark and we could not see our food. She mentions that she can get a one latern out, I'm like okay sound good. She said "last time i took two laterns out and one of them got stolen. so, please don't still this one" i was in shocked and so upset with tears that i couldn't even translate her comment to my husband. We love the place and would like to continue since i became a member but, with that kind of service, I am reconsidering. I hope someone can read this and can help the waitress to have better judgement next time.

The Bubble was extremely cold, fireplace isn’t warm enough, no blankets in there and then zipper broke when someone had to get out. My flight wasn’t poured properly and I’ve gone there more than one occasion, this pour wasn’t even half of glass.

“Bubbles” Online booking stood me up! I booked for specific day and time and my reservation was confirmed by email. I made the plans and a couple days later they called stating that time and date was NOT available. I mean I know we all make mistakes but my special day/reservation was ruined in such short notice. They didn’t even offer some type of compensation or special offer for ruining my date. I am very dissatisfied about this and I even called several times about it and all I get is an “I’m sorry”.
Wish they would have at least talked to me long enough to make it right.

We really enjoyed the wine and the service was good! The cheese plate we ordered had moldy mozzarella and cheddar - that was a bummer, but not a deal breaker. They did take it back and remove it from our bill.
The 10% auto-grat on just the tastings was so little, it would be nice to have the option to add more before running our card. Thankfully we had some cash to leave.

I was told I needed to leave the bubble an hour after I was there. When I asked why since they are two hour she said you had been there 2.5 hours… I pointed out my reservation was an hour ago they apologized but we had already paid and were done. We really enjoyed our time. We were a party of 5 and the only thing was a gratuity was automatically added to charges and not told so we added to our receipt a gratuity plus another member of our party left cash so our waitress got a large tip which is fine but I think it should be told gratuity is added because that's not normal for a party of 5.

We loved our experience at Treveri. But, your service didn't work. On Oct 5, we received confirmation of our reservation for 4:45 on October 6. Then we were called the next day by someone from Treveri, saying that they had an ongoing Wednesday Event and we could not come at 4:45. We ended up changing our plans and dined and 2, rather than in the evening. So, seems your service is not synced up with the actual reservation availability.

The bubbles are fun for a one time experience. The moisture builds up and was dripping on us. The blankets had crusty unknown substances on them. There was chewed up gum on our table. The food was great though and the mimosa flight was delicious!

We had a wonderful time at Treveri even though the weather was not ideal (smoky air moved us inside). We got to experience the sparkling wine on all levels. Steve came over and shared the celebration sparkling wine with us and gave us come great insights on how it's made. The staff was amazing and had some nice conversations with many of them. My only complaint was the brunch was not what I expected. I wish they had more options especially since one of us has food allergies.

We were able to sit in the bubbles outside and have a nice private lunch. The wind that day was insane but thankfully the bubble stayed put. We shared the braised short ribs and they were delicious, and perfect for sharing! The drinks we had were also delightful and yummy. Love the idea of the bubbles, can't wait to go back again! We loved it! The only thing that I'd suggest is a different calling system for service and paying. The button we had didn't seem like it was working. But the experience was great!
