The food was AMAZING! Every mouthful was the perfect blend if flavours and the tenderness if the meat! Topped off with a genuine family vibe and owners who are clearly passionate about their food (and you can really taste it) makes this my new favourite restaurant in Salisbury.

Our first visit for an early Valentines Day meal. The food was absolutely amazing and I have never enjoyed cauliflower more. Never thought I'd be saying that! Already planned our next visit.

Second visit and the TXIN experience just gets better and better. Service was friendly and accommodating, atmosphere is perfect combo of fun and relaxed. Food is perfect. Ribs were succulent, perfect smoke rings and delicious deep smoked flavour. Our third visit will be soon I'm sure.

The food was exquisite; tender, flavoursome and delicious. The onion bhajis have a unique flavour, the best I've ever had, and the beef brisket was amazing. We were a table of 11 with completely empty plates at the end and all satisfyingly full up. We can't wait to go again.

My new favorite restaurant! The owners are absolute smoking nerds and take their craft to the next level. The quality of the produce was excellent and the end result was truly delicious and authentic. Top it off with a lovely atmosphere and top-notch service, I absolutely love this place!

Amazing experancie lovely quiet dinning area we tried alot on the menu and i was not disapointed the food was increadiable i like the play on texas with indian flavours and sauces very neche would reccomend this place to anyone the menu was big enough for pickie eaters but not confusing, howeber my only negitive is the prices are a bit high for not a massive portion the quility is amazing but u want more that 3 slices of meat overall it is amazing all be back again.

We Celebrated my daughter's birthday at TXIN and wow what a treat. We loved that it is a family run restaurant with the most amazing food. The fusion of Texan and Indian flavours were perfect. The smoked meats are all done on site by the owners and the love gone in to the preparation was clear for all. I would highly recommend to everyone.

So good to have a new restaurant in Salisbury and what a winner. Big fans of truly smoked bbq meat and it's so hard to find in the UK. No longer. Brisket was superb. Perfectly cooked. Chicken wings equally delicious. Great sides. Masala chips a revelation and korma and txin gravy perfect compliment. Great formula and such friendly service. We will definitely be back!!

There was a mix up with what table we were to be sat at initially but that was soon sorted. We ordered drinks, which came after one of the waiting staff asked if we were still waiting for them. Food was ok, though the cauliflower packhora was in small florettes and crunchy which made it difficult to load onto a fork
