We were celebrating a special day. The service from our server was excellent. He did a wonderful job taking care of our every need. The food was really good although the presentation when you’re having the lava stone could use a bit of help. It’s always a bit noisy in there because it’s so busy otherwise they’d get a ten for ambience as well. I was still having pleasant feelings the day after remembering how good it was. Thank you I will be back.

The 3 of us experienced a fantastic evening at Lot 88. Food, service and value top notch. Delicious Prime rib dinner and hamburger.....as usual. A very minor complaint.....we were placed right beside a table of 10 women and the noise level was extremely high. We could barely hear ourselves talk. Otherwise a great evening. Since one member in our group had a birthday and it was noted on the reservation, it might have been nice on the restaurant's part to supply a complimentary cupcake or so. Just a thought.

We have been very happy with our dinners at lot 88. On Sunday we had friends visiting from Sudbury and had not seen them for several years and had lots of catching up to do. After we had finished our meal and had paid our bill our wonderful waitress told us to continue our visit and we were welcome to stay longer. We are very happy with everything at your restaurant. Fantastic server! Can’t remember her name. Sorry. My only complaint… I ordered a sirloin steak on the stone. It was chewy. They replaced it no problem at all. They offered and upgraded steak and brought it out promptly. I wasn’t happy that I was charged for the upgraded steak instead of just leaving the original charge of the Sirloin.

Overall it was a great experience and we have now added Lot 88 to our options when it comes to a steakhouse.
My only, not going to call it an issue or complaint, but my only suggestion is the twice baked potato. It wasn’t really worth the $3 up charge. It tasted like plain mashed potatoes scooped into a shell with cheese sloppily melted ontop. Not a lot of flavour at all.
Otherwise the prime rib and the ribeye were both phenomenal, we went to the completion tonight and your prime rib was MUCH more flavourful.

Our waiter and staff were pleasant and made our evening more enjoyable. The quality of food was incredible, presentation very appealing and food served giving time between courses great I have never had a bad meal. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Never felt rushed. Prices are reasonable and I can’t think of one thing that you could do better thank you for a great evening
