There is no reason or excuse for no public bathrooms. If I am a paying customer I should not have to walk down the street to use another businesses bathroom. I understand not coming in off the street to just use the bathroom but we were sitting down making candles and paying $45+ that’s ridiculous.

This is the third one that I have visited. Paducah Kyand Kalamazoo Michigan and yours.By far the experience at yours has been the best. Room Sprays and the Bath Salts options were also nice add ons.
Your staff was Amazing even though they were very busy. Paducah was good as well. I will be back.

I want to publicly thank the owner for being patient with me even though I was off track with time. Thank you for not rushing me and being patient with me. You have such a pure heart and soul. I was disappointed that we could not do Christmas scents. I was informed that they would not be available until after Thanksgiving. Just curious how many months fall scents are available compared to Christmas? Also if we are gong to be in the store for a minimum of 30-45 minutes we should be able to use the restrooms in the store not have to walk over a block to use them.
