It has always been a very pleasant experience to come and have food with you. All the staff are very experienced and very good at their jobs. The chefs have changed over the years, but the quality of the food has remained consistently high, whether it be for tea and cakes, brunch, or a full meal. On our recent visit my granola bowl was out of this world (I congratulated the chef on his efforts) and our three friends all enjoyed their choices. It helps knowing some of you from way back, and also being nice and close. Keep up the good work between you all, please get some marmalade, and as the man said, “We will be back”.

We were staying in the near vicinity of The Levels Country Kitchen and wanted a good Sunday roast, we were not disappointed the quality of the food was excellent, the portions were perfect and the staff attentive and professional. Next time we will try the sharing platter which we saw on an adjoining table it also looked amazing.

We were greeted very warmly - the waitress (sorry didn’t get her name) was super friendly throughout. All our meals were hot and very tasty. We opted to go in the extension as it was air conditioned (even though the heat of the day hadn’t kicked in). Having not been before, my friends both said what a beautiful setting and lovely place. I’m sure I’ll be bringing them back! Thank you.

Food was lovely as usual, however was disappointed that the roast wasn't on , booked on Sunday specifically for it and was disappointed to find it has finished , I think it should be put back on as it's a go to thing for people on a Sunday, the place was very quiet I think no roast has been the effect of that , another table left for that reason, I won't be returning on a Sunday until roasts are back on but will still visit in week from time to time

This is the second time this year I have visited The Levels Kitchen and both times have been a fantastic experience. Firstly all members of staff have been very friendly and helpful. They are all so cheery and engage with all the customers. They explain the offers available and have good knowledge of the food they serve. The food has been fantastic with plenty of choice and the cakes are incredible! I feel the food offers great value for my money and the atmosphere is light and comfortable. Only one downside was parking on one of the two occasions as it was very busy and I had to park elsewhere but that wouldn't put me off returning.

From entertaining the Levels Cafe until leaving was a great experience. We were seated quickly & asked if we would like a drink whilst we looked at the menus. Food ordered and served. We enjoyed Brie caramelised onion tart with new potatoes and salad (complete with a delicious dressing) followed by the most delicious Brioche bread & butter pudding with a delicious creamy custard! As it was a birthday celebrating do a special lunch treat we both finished with a lovely hot chocolate! The two ladies waiting on table were both attentive, polite and very professional, it was busy but they worked together and covered all the tables well. Would thoroughly recommend thank you to all.

It is great to dine in a venue that has a clearly sign posted menu and knowledgeable staff who are prepared to check with Chef when they are unsure of meal ingredients. My wife and I with our two friends enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere meal with four different breakfast dishes all well present and served by a smashing waitress. We will return

The overall experience was fantastic. I took my son for an afternoon tea treat, and a treat it was. He had a fantastic plate of food and what he couldn't demolish on site he was able to take away in a takeout box. This just sealed the whole experience for him. The environment is stunning, the employees were polite and very accommodating. The value for money was fantastic. We have visited before but I've not taken a child, this was a core memory unlocked for my 9 year old who hasn't stopped telling his friends about his mickey mouse sandwich and massive slab of cake.

Lovely food we had a Ploughmans and Fish and Chips. All nice and fresh. Service was excellent. Only downmarked the ambience due to extremely loud customer talking sat very near us. We found this a bit offputting.
