YES! Our restaurant is nut free. Whilst we try to control our ingredients, as with all allergens, there is always a chance of contamination from outside sources.
Yes, we offer gluten free bases for our pizzas, and the majority of our toppings are gluten free too. We also offer some gluten free starters, sides, desserts and drinks. Whilst we endeavour to prevent cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that cross contamination has not occurred. Please call us before booking if you have any specific questions about our allergen policies and procedures.

As much as we love man's best friend, we don't allow dogs into the restaurant (unless they are an assistance dog).
Yes, whilst we try our best to accommodate all allergies and dietary requirements, there is always a chance of cross contamination due to the compact size of our kitchen. Please call us on 01460 357894 if you'd like to know more about our allergy protocols and procedures.
Yes we do! We can accommodate tables up to 14 people, however, this can be discussed further if required. Bookings of tables over 8 people do require a deposit of £10 per adult and a preorder, so please call 01460 357894 to book. The deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before your booking, and will be taken off your bill when you pay.
You can, however we do have some guidelines. Table decorations and helium balloons are allowed, however, we do not allow banners or other decorations to be stuck to the walls. As our restaurant is situated in a listed building, the walls are very delicate and damage easily. We only allow tables to be decorated before the booking time if there is not a party booked on the table before your booking. Please call 01460 357894 to double check.
As we are a licensed premises, we do not allow customers to bring their own alcohol on the premises.
As we are a licensed restaurant, our license states we are only allowed on site sales. This means that any alcohol purchased on the premises needs to be consumed here and legally cannot be taken off site.
Absolutely! We know that plans can change, however, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible, as we may not be able to accommodate the change on the day. Once seated, we will not be able to add additional chairs, as we have a maximum number of people per area, due to fire regulations.
We advise that you book, as our evening service tends to get very busy. However, we will always try to accommodate any walk-ins to the best of our ability, which may mean there is a wait for a table to become free.
No, you don't need to eat to enjoy our restaurant. We have a very cosy lounge area, which you are more than welcome to sit and relax in. If you would prefer to sit at a table, we will try our best to seat you, however, tables that are eating will take priority.

We were disappointed with the welcome on our recent visit. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet our table of seven could have had a better experience. You could have explained about ordering at the bar but maybe been more accommodating and taken our order rather than have the group up and down?! There was no attempt at upselling, no mention of cocktails, no explanation of your food, your flour, or what makes your pizza special. As locals, this felt like a real missed opportunity to engage with us and showcase what makes your restaurant different. Dining out is about more than just food. It is about hospitality, atmosphere, and connection. I’d genuinely like to understand: what is it about your restaurant that sets it apart? And how would you feel as customers in our position? We understand it’s new but work on your guest experience and service.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, this is definitely something we will take on board. We only take orders at the bar, and this is something we do for all customers; that's just how we have our till system set up, but we will definitely look at table ordering for larger bookings. We will also soon be implimenting a QR code table ordering system. As you said, we're a new restaurant and we're still finding our feet, but any feedback we can use to improve is greatly appreciated. Pizza was lovely, and my children really loved the garlic bread share starter. Restaurant has been decorated beautifully and the staff were attentive without being too much. Will definitely be back.

We found it rather noisy. Being older and some becoming hard of hearing, chatting wasn't easy. That's our problem! Maybe next time we'll choose a Thursday evening. Pizzas were lovely, thank you, and service was good.
