We were only told there’s a 90min time limit for seating after preparing to order, even though it’s not a buffet meal.
Had to rush to finish the food and drinks.

I was startled to find a small baby cockroach crawling around the floor at the table. That ruin the entire experience for me. Staff were attentive especially in topping up the drinks, kudos to them. The sashimi platter was too expensive. I would not visit again.

Excellent customer service from Gieli, Jane and Chef Ming on Friday night. I felt so welcome and treated like a princess here. After 3 months of lockdown, this makes me feel so enjoyable and I would recommend all my friends to come here again ♥️ Never fail to provide my request. They deserve a pay raise

Visited the store for the first time with a friend. Although there was hardly anyone in the shop at the time, one server was exceptionally rude and impatient whilst taking our orders.
While taking our order, the asked us whether the order we wanted to have cost $12, and to be honest, I will not know how much it cost. It was puzzling that she asked us for the price of the udon when we don't work there. Adding on, we were told by others about a $2 sake discount on Tuesday, but was not aware that it did not apply to this outlet. When we asked the server, she rudely brushed us off and said that the discount did not apply at this outlet. Felt that she could have clarified nicely and told us what was applicable for the discount at the outlet.
Due to this experience, it is difficult to say whether I will visit the store again or even recommend to my friends to visit it. The food and price paid for it was great, but not the overall experience.

Service was below standard as a lady staff was trying to “argue” her way to justify a dish we placed that we reflect is not the right dish we wanted.
As a courtesy, we would be delighted if the staff could just change the dish we wanted instead. But understand there could be constraints. Cheers

everything was great but the service was a little lacking as the waiters are little cold and the vibe they gave was a little unwelcoming but its ok since they did their job like filling my cup up when its empty, making sure my food was here, I hope they gave a more welcoming feeling since they are in the service line. overall the food was great will come back again

The shop at marina one has closed two weeks before our reservation date and noone informed us about it. Be it from the restaurant or this booking portal.
Luckily, we checked google on that reservation day afternoon for direction from our office and we found out that the marina one outlet is permanently closed. we called the other branch to check and confirmed.
If not that we checked google for direction, we would have made a wasted trip down to marina one that evening.

Service did not have a very pleasant attitude, we assumed they were understaffed so we tried to be understanding. Sashimi slightly less fresh than the outlet at Odeon Towers, and the salmon skin we ordered had no mayo served on the side and was not as crispy. Overall a mediocre experience but might come again because location is good and food is affordable!

My friend in our group of 4 arrived early prior to reservation time, but was informed about the company's policy of table holding and questioning if the full party has reached, all this before the reserved time. We also had a few queries regarding the the alcohol buffet and the terms and conditions, where we were given varying responses that 3 out of the party of 4 were able to purchase the drinks option. My friends and i (except 1) made the decision to purchase the drinks buffet based on supposedly incorrect information, and instead of honouring the deal like most establishments would, the staff kicked a fuss initially and insisted that the correct information was provided prior. i was not able to catch the staff's name but i believe there is room for improvement for customer service improvement

The greeter lady (filipino) was rude and disinterested. Despite making a reservation saying it’s a birthday, she placed me at the worst seat in the area (in front of the station with drinks and near entrance). No friendly greetings or acknowledgements too.
The aunty who took orders was nice. Food was average. There was a particularly pesky bug or mosquito at the area I finally sat at, so restaurant feels a bit dirty.
When paying, the same filipino greeter was still rude and kept cutting me off when I asked about tenant privileges. Ridiculous lady who spoilt the whole experience, I will not be back.

Great and attentive staff! I had requested for a timing that wasnt available online, and the staff honoured it ❤️ food was served in less than 5mins, tasted amazing, and the table was promptly cleared when we were done. Will come back!
