Service is good as always. Lecturers should let the students do their thing, observe and advise later, while resisting the urge to jump in to correct the student. We understand its a training restaurant, students learn better through the process of self-realization when they realize their mistakes. Nonetheless please keep up the good work.

Having not been back to Oliva since before COVID struck, it was great experience & I was not disappointed, once again reminded of the high standards of service & culinary skills of our RP students & staff. Although our lattes took a bit more time than expected to be served & my colleague's tenderloin was a little bit on the chewy side, but still tasted great. All in all, great job but always room for improvement! Keep it up!
