A great restaurant that serves first class home-style Umbrian Italian cuisine in a lovely atmosphere. Service is attentive. The drinks are reasonably priced. A husband and wife team directly operate the dining room and kitchen respectively. This is a gastronomic gem in our market town.

The second time we have visited in three weeks. Food is excellent, love the fact that you have the choice of bring your own wine or can buy in house. Have bought two wines, one white and one red. Both excellent. Would be nice if they opened for lunchtime at the weekend. Thoroughly recommend it.

When booking on-line it asked for the occasion and I put down Birthday. I didn't think anything about it until they came out with a birthday desert and thought that's nice, but sadly it was for someone else. We were even honest and told them they hadn't charged us for our deserts as well.
But otherwise it was a really lovely experience and shall definitely be booking again the food was just amazing.
