Mulligans is a neighborhood grill right off the Tam o'Shanter Golf Course, offering a wide array of American dishes. NOTE: Mulligans and all facilities at Tam o'Shanter are available only to members and their guests. We are a private HOA, and you have to own one of the homes in the HOA to be on the premises or use any of the amenities, of which Mulligans is one.
