I have always loved my experience here. I always make a reservation as it is so small and I come from Buckley to enjoy the ambiance, the atmosphere and the amazing cuisine.
I made a reservation this week to introduce your restaurant to a friend who is working less than a block away and was looking for good places to eat for their lunch break.
We came in to an 8 top taking up the whole dining room. On lunch hour. Luckily we made our reservations for the deck. However the food and the service lagged so much, he had to go back to work and I got his food to go.
As a small restaurant, it baffled me that you would allow the kitchen to get congested like that for lunch hour.
Did that group even have a reservation? Could you add another set of hands in the back to get orders out in a timely matter? Does the kitchen have that much space?
Returning customers keep doors open. In all seasons. I’m thankful you met your quota for the day with your 8 top but we were not the only disgruntled customers on the deck that day.
Consider my review “food for thought”.

I had the Tiramisu French Toast- it was scrumptious! Would be great to have protein option to go with.
The garden seating was great once our server turned off the overhead heater. It was dangerously hot sitting underneath it, felt like my hair could burst in flame anytime. It also got noisy when 2/3 full, so may want to open up the tent flaps a bit so the sound wouldn't all trapped inside.
Overall, love the brunch, will come back for dinner! Thank you!

This meal was one of my top 5 dining experiences. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere gave all the bistro vibes and the food was in a word magnificent! The Chèvre dip delivered; the Duck L’Orange was savory deliciousness and the Cassoulet will be in my food dreams of the future. This was our first time visiting Le Sel. I was so impressed with everything. Our server was very warm and welcoming to us. The atmosphere was cozy, yet with plenty of room for all guests. We sat "outside" (enclosed outside dining area) and it was lovely. There were heaters and lap blankets. The view was gorgeous. We LOVED the food! Bacon omelette was absolutely wonderful. My chai tea and my best friend's chai latte were just right. . We will definitely come back. What a fantastic place!!!!!

We absolutely love Le Sel Bistro. I fell in love with the ambiance the first time I stepped into the garden room outside. The food is fresh and delicious every time. The mimosas are delicious. We didn't feel rushed. The waitresses are always very friendly and informative regarding the specials and the menu items. I will be coming back at minimum once a month for sure. I am so happy I found this gem.

This was my second time having brunch here and this time was exceptional. The wait staff was incredible. Every person we interacted with was great but our server and one other server made our experience so memorable. My best friend and I needed those two hours and enjoyed ourselves so much. I'm such a big fan of this place. It's charming and intimate with an amazing view of the Sound from the garden dining area. The food is top notch - the chef does an amazing job of keeping fresh rotating options on the menu. I had the plum French toast most recently, which was to die for. The service is a bit slow paced, which can be a double-edged sword. I like that it makes it feel like a little oasis where time passes by a bit more slowly. I can see how someone might perceive the slow-paced service as a negative in our "on-demand, I want it now" world, but I welcome the time to sit back and chat with friends. I always make a point to having brunch/lunch at this place with friends visiting. I give this place a 10 out of 10.

Our first time at LeSel and it was wonderful! Friendly, welcoming and attentive service by Hannah. She was excellent. Good was of good portions and delicious. Arctic Char was perfectly cooked. Shrimp appetizer and baguette were delicious. Great wines too!

Hannah, our server, has the right mix of cheerful personality and professionalism. She made us feel special and took care of the four of us during brunch. One of my friends rated the Eggs Benedict as one of the best she'd ever had. We all loved the fresh watermelon juice mimosas.
