Chef Noel works with local Bainbridge farms and ranches, and seeks out sustainable purveyors, to bring a bit of whimsy and comfort to the table. Located in the heart of downtown Bainbridge Island, two blocks from the Seattle-Bainbridge ferry terminal.

The Summit House Restaurant is located at 6,872 feet at the top of the Mt. Rainier Gondola, on the northeast edge of Mt. Rainier National Park.

Our intimate farm house and surrounding grounds combine to create a picturesque site to enjoy some of the best food around. Chef Tad makes use of the freshest local and seasonal ingredients available, much of which is sourced from our own gardens. Three Sacks Full is a Seattle restaurant Pop-Up offering organic, affordable, and satisfying farm food. Our emphasis is on vegetables and grains for the main dishes, while meat and seafood are served as side dishes.
