Bruno's is a fine dining Italian restaurant staffed by the Gonzales High School Advanced Culinary class. This restaurant is the final project for the class and we thank you in advance for attending our opening night on Thursday, May 31st, 2018. We have established a fixed price of $15 per person for which you will be able to have your choice of appetizer, entree, and dessert.
