The food was phenomenal. The red sauce was divine. Walking into the restaurant though wasn’t open dumpster. I would move that to the other side so that when people walk in they don’t see that other than that the place was nice.

Unfortunately we don't have much control of where the dumpster is placed because of how and where the refuse company picks it up, and are unable to enclose it to hide it. Spaghetti noodles were WAY overcooked, literally broken into small pieces on my plate instead of long strands, very surprised they served them this way. Seemed quite thin for traditional spaghetti, but I’m not a pasta expert, so could be the proper size.

The food was excellent! The wait staff is still working out some kinks. She never brought my husbands salad. But, the thing that really bothered all of us was how loud the room was. We were in the back room. They need to put something on the ceilings, etc. to absorb some sound. We will go back but will request the front room and see if the noise level is more comfortable.

Really pleased to have this restaurant in Mars! Mike ( owner) is a very nice man, pleasant to talk with. The pasta arrabiata w/ sausage was very good. Erin ( waitress) also very nice but it was clear she needed more help handling the amount of people. It was opening night (Tue).
My suggestions would be to have more wait staff based on the number of reservations to shorten the lag time. My wife and I were the 3rd couple seated and not long after a logjam of people arrived. We were there for 1:45. I expect a lot will be learned from the first week and things inevitably will get smoother.
On another note, I am always bothered by how loud restaurants can be and thought the small speakeasy concept would be less noisy but not the case. Carpeting is not practical for a restaurant but maybe something on the ceiling could eventually be added to improve the intimacy for guests.
