Everything was excellent. The food was well cooked and presented. The staff were very accommodating concerning our gluten free options. The Bromley is well located for a meal before going to the Southwell horse racing.

It was a lovely meal, we have been here before for Sunday lunch and the food is very good. There was a bit of a wait, however when the food came it was well worth the wait, would definitely recommend.

Lovely cosy pub. After a cold walk it was great to sit next to the fire with the dogs. Really friendly staff and good food. Will come again!

Excellent all round really. My mixed grill was the best I have ever had. The only negative is that the new owners need to handle large bookings a bit better so as not to put unfair pressure on the chef. Which can then lead to other customers waiting quite long for their food. That apart, it was still excellent food and the waiting staff were very polite. I will definitely go again!!

Food a little bit slow coming but to be fair it really didn't matter. The food was hot and I would rather wait a bit and the food be hot and presented we'll than it be rushed and cold. Our party of 4 enjoyed our visit and enjoyed the food.

It was good to be in the reopened and refurbished Bromley as we've been visiting from Chesterfield for several decades now. Overall we were delighted with the experience. The only slight quibbles were that the heating seemed to be off, the portion of dip was too small for the portion of tempura vegetables and, possibly because it was between Christmas and New Year my partner made three choices from the menu before hitting upon one that was available. That being said we will visit without hesitation again.

The pub was very cold when we arrived. It was a cold wet miserable day but there was no central heating on. The staff attempted to get 2 wood stoves going but they weren't generating much heat. Nearly all the customers we saw were in their coats. We considered cancelling our table and trying elsewhere, but decided to ask if the heating could be turned on The staff said they would do this for a short time. Our table was next to a radiator and with the hot food we soon got warm
