Friendly village pub. Used for two consecutive evenings whilst staying locally. Good food, great beer. On Wednesday night I enjoyed the visiting fish and chip van which was great value and excellent quality. As long as you are using the pub they let you eat your fish and chips in the pub even kindly providing you with a knife and fork! Many thanks Redmire Village Pub, very nice

All was fantastic, as usual, thank you.
What we especially love is that you are consistently excellent. Unlike some places where there are fluctuations in food quality, we have found reliable delicious food, and at good value.
Four main meals plus drinks under £100 with a tip.
Your happy hour drink prices are welcome.
Only comment would be that two of the four would have had steaks if on the menu, but plenty of alternatives, so no grumbles there, just a small comment.

Our experience at RVP was all we hoped for. The staff were all outstanding given the pressure they were under on supposedly a quiet evening! The menu was varied and meals were all outstanding, delicious and generous. We sampled breakfasts, lunch and dinners and were unaminous about the excellent fare served by Kerrie and her crew!

Our new favourite pub! Great atmosphere thanks to the local community of Redmire. Great selection of local beers at a very good price. Great experience and lovely pub. Accommodated our extra person easily , vegetarian offer good and gluten free request easily . Had dogs which we stated when booking who were easily accomodated. We first came here many years ago and were sad to see that it had closed when we came by last year. Now however, it is back up and running as a proper village pub with great food and ales mostly sourced locally. I had the steak pudding, so yummy! Will definitely be back for more next time we are near Redmire.

So pleased to finally be able to visit for Sunday lunch which was superb. Great value with two types of potato, three veg and cauliflower cheese and the all important home made Yorkshire pub. Service was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be visiting again.

SO great to have the village pub open again and bustling with life. We loved the atmosphere and especially enjoyed the service provided by the 2 friendly, proactive and professional waitresses on duty. If my daughter grows up like them I'll be very pleased.
