Everything about the hotel was lovely, we were there for my partners 60th birthday. Such a relaxing weekend with attentive staff and amazing food. Will definitely be going back.

The food was brought to the conservatory from somewhere else so it was only aired in warmth, we had to ask for an accompanying drink it wasn’t offered, our warm dessert was brought before we had finished our mains so therefore was only aired too, if you are offering food all day tell people there is no designated eating area, it was all just abit strange for the price of the food

A group of 6 stayed for 2 nights for a hen weekend. We booked afternoon tea and were very disappointed with the quality and quantity. The sandwiches were hard as were the cakes. The two cakes and brownies were cut into littles squares and the eclairs were cut in half and distributed amongst the stands. As we are based in London and have had many afternoon teas for the same cost £22.00 / £25.00 this one was appalling and we did not enjoy the experience.
