Chef/owner Tony Ho serves handcrafted momo/dumplings, mee/ramen/noodles, clay pots, and rice dishes from different regions in Asia, including Japan, Korea, China-Cantonese & Szechuan, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand. Chef/owner Tony Ho is the first chef in Wisconsin who handcrafts Xiao Long Bao and wok-cooks many flavorful Asian cuisines in one place.
