Frequently Asked Questions- Do you have outdoor seating?
- Yes we have two tables at the front , covered with a canopy for the rainy days and a rear garden with 10 tables perfect for those sunny days. Outdoor tables are not available to book online.
- Do you allow dogs?
- We love our four legged friends and they are welcome to join you on our outdoor terrace or garden however not inside of the restaurant due to liability insurance conditions.
- What times do you serve food?
- We serve food from 10am to 6pm daily as follows: 10am-12pm breakfast menu 12pm-6pm brunch & afternoon tea menu
- Do you take large bookings?
- Yes! We have become a favourite spot for baby shower afternoon teas and for private hire celebrations. We have a very popular afternoon tea baby shower package for parties up to 34 guests and a delicious buffet/feast menu for parties up to 60 guests. just email us your enquiry at hello@[email protected]
- Do you serve alcoholic drinks?
- We have established ourselves as the best cocktails spot on Monton Road and also offer a great selection of beers, wines, spirits, gins and draft options.
- Do you have a vegan menu?
- all our menus from breakfast to brunch, afternoon tea and desserts include at least on vegan option. Vegan Afternoon tea is best booked 48h in advance.
- Do you have gluten free options?
- Yes, our menus have menu gluten free options and we can adapt most of the other items with gluten free bread substitute.
- Do you have disabled access?
- We have a foldaway ramp which we can use to create disabled access on request.
- Do you have live music?
- Yes! We have a handful of very talented acoustic guitar singers playing on rotation Friday and Saturday evenings 7pm-10pm.

My first visit, but definitely not my last! A lovely little bistro/café bar, very attentive staff and the food! So good, and great value. As a wheelchair user, entrance and exit was via a foldaway ramp and manpower from the guys there, and they intend to replace the ramp very soon as it was a bit steep. Nevertheless, access was easy enough and reserving a wheelchair accessible table was a breeze. I recommend reserving for that as there is a lower level and another level 2 steps up, with a handrail each side, but again the ramp does make it accessible if you've got someone with big muscles to push you up! Plenty of help from staff again, without it being intrusive. Give this place a try - you won't be disappointed!

I’m a regular customer at vintage ambience, and always have a lovely experience hence why I return. However on this occasion one of my sausage patties were under cooked. I cut into it and the inside was pink. Usually I would say something to a member of staff. As I was with a friend who came to VA for the first time I didn’t want to put her of her food.
Apart from that the customer service is always on point.
