We were warmly welcomed by Anna who already had our usual table ready and also knew what my wife and I were going to order from the Evening Special menu. The three tapas were really well prepared by Ibrahem, followed by a delicious dessert, coffees and liqueurs. We will definitely be returning, probably on Sundays in the near future.

We went for the three tapas deal. Some places reduce the portion sizes on this type of deal and have it all pre-made but the portions we got were spot on and the food was clearly cooked to order and delicious. The atmosphere was nice and we never felt rushed at all (again some other places want you out as quickly as possible). I'd highly recommend a visit and will be going again.

Second time I’ve been. It’s great value, the food & drink were perfect and the service was spot on. We mentioned we had to get to a show at 7:30, so the manager made sure we were all sorted to give us time to get there. Could probably do with a better house red but would highly recommend & we will be going many more times in the future

I dined with my cousin recently for lunch. The atmosphere at Tapaz is casual dining, which was just perfect for our sunny afternoon get together. The staff were friendly and we had a choice of seating, we felt relaxed and comfortable immediately. We were given enough time to study the menus and chose our drinks, which arrived promptly and were poured at the table with the minimum of fuss. We chose the albondigas and the mixed bread to share for starters, which was excellent. Two fat, juicy and very tasty meatballs each, with the bread to soak up the delicious tomato sauce. By the time we’d finished the starters and had a short break and a little of our wine, the main courses arrived. We had both chosen the paella Marisco, which is made to order. The best paellas are always cooked fresh and these didn’t disappoint. The rice was presented in individual paelleras with large prawns in shells and mussels arranged on top. The portion size was good, my cousin polished off the lot, but the staff were more than happy to pack my leftovers up in a box for me to eat later at home. My cousin had a dessert, a lovely slice of cheesecake with a fruits of forest topping, two spoons were brought, just in case and I did succumb to a spoonful, which was lovely and light and just right for a sunny afternoon. We were so relaxed and chatted and chatted, that we had no idea we had stayed beyond the restaurant closing time. It turned out we and another couple were still seated over an hour after the restaurant had officially closed. We apologised profusely when we realised, but the staff just took this all in their stride and nothing phased them. I can’t recommend this lovely restaurant enough. We have already planned our return visit. Thank you Tapaz for a much needed, relaxing and lovely afternoon and so very sorry we for staying after closing time.

I had never been to this restaurant before, I randomly found it online whilst looking for somewhere with enough options to take my vegetarian girlfriend. We both really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. We will actually recommend this to friends as the set meal was good value too and we both left happy and full!

Loved the food and the atmosphere not happy about the ten pound service charge and the fact the waitress did not ask us how we wanted to pay the bill she just took my card and walked off we were going halves on the bill it was mentioned but she did not notice and could not explain why or where the service charge was on the bill
