The Fireside was wonderful. We had a big party celebrating 2 milestone birthdays. I had to increase the number twice to 17, also two came without being added. They were so accommodating and friendly throughout. They were a 10 out of 10!!

Honestly, we have been coming to Fireside Fish Fry's for a long time now, also some of the shows, Fireside and its staff have never disappointed. Love everything about it. You might say we are regulars now, staff know us by name, our requests are always met, I make reservations online, food is excellent, my husband loves, loves the clam chowder, states "how good it is" every time" Need to do a shout out to Scott, Paul and Lindsey they do everything right as well!! We have brought many friends, relatives here and recommend it to other people as well!! Thank you for having this fine dining place for so many years!!

Amanda H. (our server) was very friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and the ambience was amazing. Delicious food and free dessert (by being seated before 5 PM). Hosting staff even gave us a tour after dinner with some history. Manager stopped by our table and the bussing staff was quick and efficient. Would recommend Fireside Friday night fish fry to anyone.

I truly enjoy my many "visits" to the Fireside Restaurant!!! Yesterday was my oldest daughters 42 Birthday; her husband & kids (my grandchildren) decided to celebrate her Birthday at the Fireside Friday Fish Fry. It was a VERY COLD temperature (well below zero) day & a ~45 minute drive; once we stepped inside the Fireside we all warmed up - inside & out! One thing I've always appreciated about the Fireside Restaurant is the "Welcoming Received" & the "Quality of the people" hired!!! Dinning is always EXCELLENT - I can be very blunt, if what I eat is Not Excellent! Whether it's the FANTASTIC Performances (Thank you to Ed, MJ & Many on Theatre Staff) or the Friday Fish Fry, the Fireside Restaurant has consistently been "TOP-NOTCH"!!! Special Note: I've travelled a good part of the world & from London Theatre District, New York, San Francisco, LA & many other Theaters - performances at the Fireside rank among the best I've attended! NO Other Dinner Theatre comes close to what the Fireside Offers!!!

We had great service from ordering a not so common drink at the bar. Aidan wasn’t sure how to make it so he went and brought back someone who could, it was perfect. We were a party of six and Jenni was our waitress. She did a great job making sure we were all taken care of from drinks, food and to-go boxes. We enjoyed our evening at the Fireside.

Thank you for the amazing night to celebrate my birthday. From being greeted when we first walked in to being seated in a timely manner and then the table service was top notch. There was a medical emergency at a nearby table and the staff came quickly to their assistance and didn't make it a big scene or disrupt other diners. Keep up the spectacular work, amazing food, and astounding service from everyone. We will be back to catch dinner and a show next time.

I felt that our waitress was not trained enough to take on a table of 6. She forgot what we ordered and had to come back and ask again what we had. She was very friendly but did not seem confident. The chicken was absolutely horrible. It was so overdone, it was so dry you couldn't chew it. The fish was awesome.

We had Simeona as our server. If I have her name spelled wrong I apologize but want her to have credit for our great evening. She told us she was from Brazill and was a newer server and has only been with the Fireside for 6 months. We went out for dinner for my birthday. I have been to the Fireside multiple times but this was the first time for my family. They had an amazing time!! Our server was personal and absolutely fantastic. She answered every question and made our evening excellent. We will be back and will request her again. Thank you Fireside for a great evening and birthday!

I first came to the Fireside in the 1960's when it first opened. Have followed and patronized it ever since. Have always been so impressed. We dined last night with friends who love it too. Love the atmosphere, delicious food, great service and lovely "vibe". We will keep coming back as long as we are able (we are seniors from Madison). Many areas of the restaurant are very noisy and it’s difficult to hear servers and conversation. Food is always great, although the potato pancakes don’t seem the same(old recipe was better). New ones are more like a hash brown patty. Veggies were better than usual. When it’s a table of 4 , the coleslaw is the same as table for 2. Bring a larger portion as everyone seems reluctant to take much and by the time a refill comes the entree arrives?? We do appreciate and love the Fireside being in our hometown!!!

My husband and I have been coming to the Fireside for many years to enjoy your theater, Christian concerts and for the Friday fish and shrimp. We’ve always experienced the best of everything you have to offer.

Per usual, everything was superb. Our server, Mariah, was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable of the menu. We had a party of four and everyone said their food was excellent.

I think your doing a great job. A bit pricey but overall a very nice and enjoyable experience every time we visit. Our regular server Lindsey makes out visits special. Kudos to Keaton Friday night, great job, responsive to our needs keeping empty dishes clear, very polite and congenial. Thank you Fireside.

Scores would be all 10's if food could be served hot and vegetables not over cooked. I had steamed and fried cod with Yukon gold potatoes. The steamed cod was middling warm not hot as were the potatoes and vegetables. Food is always better hot.
