We went to first trivia night on last Wednesday. Your sound system is terrible. the Quiz master lady is screaming but speaker system was so bad and hard to hear. Over 200 people there. You need to do something for the sound check. Probably quiz master lady’s she lost voice that night. We ordered food and took 2 hours to come to table. (Flatbread) I know menu said it will take for a while. But 2 hours not acceptable. The place was really warm not pleasant temperature. Food quality was good but over price little bit.

The food had amazing taste! Nachos loaded, pizza super thin crust but loaded. I loved the Crying Thaiger King and ordered the side sale to eat with it. Seems like it needs lettuce or tortillas. Flavors vibrant. Beers delicious! I liked my whole flight! :-) good happy hr beer and food. Service was friendly.. the patio is made comfortable with swamp cooler and fans... can’t wait to come back and eat inside. The brewery is super cool!! The gaming concept is unique. I give them an A+

Food truck took forever and the food was pretty subpar compared to the main gamecraft food. Waited in line for 1.5 hours to even order, then didn’t get our food until 30 minutes before closing. Maybe find faster food trucks or offer multiple since naugles is too slow. Or just open the restaurant kitchen instead - it’s quicker and tastes better.

I feel bad because the person working was great. That being said - there was zero point to me booking ahead for a large party. No tables were reserved for us, we had to basically snap up chairs and have people shoo others away to not take the spots we needed. Also I felt SO BAD for the person working - they were slammed! One person for all of those people is completely unfair to them. Additionally - I would prefer it if there was still some sort of designated kids or adult section. There were children screeching about and slamming doors and having fits. Plus, the group I was there with was a bunch of foul mouthed adults and it was annoying to be constantly glared at by parents because we're laughing and swearing loudly.

I've been to trivia nights three times and really enjoyed the experience all three times. My suggestion for improvement would be to get better microphone speakers. It is hard to hear even when we were sitting near the stage. One time, the speakers ran out of battery and it was easier to hear the host when she was speaking without the microphone. Overall, my table really enjoyed trivia nights!

Only gripes was that I wish you closed later than 10 and there were a ton of kids and they just kept running around the day of my visit. Knocking over games and bumping into people. Upon arrival our table was reserved, clean and ready for seating. The food and service were outstanding. The servers were friendly and the service was prompt. All the beers we sampled were very much up to par and in some instances better than the larger more commercial breweries. The managements adjustments to and compliance with the Covid-19 requirements were outstanding. I witnessed a couple politely being asked to comply with the face mask mandate, before being allowed entry. We will definitely be returning and using Table Agent to book our reservation.

Really impressed! Cutely and consistently on theme. Wonderful service. Solid beers, decent food (loved the tots, fine chicken sandwich, tacos were ok - pretty wet and a chicken a lil dry but tasted ok). Went for trivia night. A little weird that you couldn't get some menu items on the trivia side? but not a big deal. Great trivia, ran very smoothly, good layout and audio system. Had reserved a table beforehand and found people at it as they had been instructed the table was free - not sure if the reservation didn't go through as we booked just earlier that day? but we ended up joining together which worked out. Again, overall very pleasantly surprised by everything! Would love to come back!

I'm old, but not as old as my comments are going to make me sound. My experience here is that it is very loud, and very expensive. We first came on a Saturday night, so that was kind of expected. There was a giant birthday party in the big room and a million little kids running around, it felt like a Chuck E. Cheese. So then we tried a Monday night, at Happy Hour. It was still loud, and still expensive (though better), and the big table by the roll-up door needs to be re-laminated as it is grossly sticky, even after being wiped down. We're going to try it one more time, but I'm not sure we'll be back after that. The cool, adult ambience is lacking.

The brat sandwich was good. The burgers looked a lot better than before. Food is still a little expensive for what you get. But I get that you need to pay the rent on all that space and the kitchen cant handle a high volume. Only thing that could have been a problem was, I made a reservation for 8 and was placed at a table for 6. There was plenty of open tables so it was easy to move to a bigger one.

There was not a table reserved for our birthday party of 8, but tables were available. No air conditioning so really warm. They ran out of food after we ordered and didn’t tell us. When we inquired about our missing food we were told they ran out. We asked them to credit the bill. My husband paid and they hadn’t credited our bill. We were charged for tots and pretzels we didn’t get but my husband only caught the pretzels so we did get credit for that. But, we ended up paying for a second order of tots we never got. We still left a 20% tip, but not sure we would go back.

We love this place and come every week for trivia! We love the service. A couple of weeks in a row our orders were not delivered and we had to track them down, but this has not happened in about 5 weeks--just sharing. The service staff is ALWAYS the BEST, super friendly, understanding, responsive. Especially Tyler. He is the Best of the BEST. We also love the ambience. For trivia, it seems like you fixed the sound system, which used to sound grating, and it is MUCH better now. Thank you! Our main complaint about GameCraft is the Food (quality mostly). The Chaos bots are fantastic, the pretzel bites are tasty, and the chicken sandwiches are a favorite among our team. I also just tried the cheese flatbread, which hit the spot (nothing to write home about though). Given the price points, we just struggle with the quality of the food. I do not want to hurt feelings here, but to be honest, the nachos are worse than something I could make at home. The flatbread is about what I could make myself in an oven, and other items seem overpriced (e.g. the veggie egg rolls come to mind 3 for $12; 6 pretzel bits for $12). Since outside food is not allowed (RESPECT), we are hoping that the quality of the food can go up. We would not mind the prices if the food were tastier, or better portioned (typically our complaint is the tasty factor). Last, I notice that you are adding some more vegetarian options, and I appreciate this. I prefer to eat my supper at trivia on Wednesday night but there are no tasty AND healthy options for vegatarians. As it stands, I am currently limited to 1) Salad (sorry-they are bad and I typically LOVE salad-CPK has good salads for examples); 2) Grilled cheese (good value, bad tasting; again the side salad is super meh); 3) Chaos bots (good value but not a supper); 4) pretzel bites or veggie rolls (overpriced and not a supper), or 5) cheese flatbread (not healthy but a good value). We love this place and we want it to succeed! :D

Although it is very loud on trivia nights. . .we had a blast! We ordered food at the same time, and mine arrived in about 10 minutes (chaos tots). Hubby's order took over an hour to arrive and it was cold (burger). I understand. . .I really do. . .because there are so many people showing up at the same time. Next time, we will order food in the same "category" (meaning apps first, easy food second, and cooked food takes the longest). Beer is great; people are great; we'll be back soon!!

We like your brewery normally but did not like the table reserved for us - so many open tables and they gave us the table in main room beside the line of people for beverages. Need more employees the line was always long - lastly we found a dead fly in our nachos - did not let you know cause the line was too long to talk to someone

Great place for our group’s board game night. Great selection and good tastings brews. Decent amount of food choices as well, we’ll priced, not too much. Great and friendly staff. Very attentive and keep the place clear of debris. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

I was very impressed and happy with my experience at Gamecraft last night! :) I’ve been wanting to take part in a local trivia night, but been a bit hesitant as I’ve remained consistently cautious throughout the pandemic. Although now vaccinated, I’ve continued to only dine outside at restaurants/breweries, avoided going during busy time frames, and still wear my mask whenever I’m indoors somewhere. I was worried about how much distancing there would be and that I might potentially feel uncomfortable if I was seated too close to other guests. I put a note in with my reservation asking to be put on the exterior to try to socially distance as much as possible, though I wasn’t sure how much these additional notes would really be taken into consideration. We showed up before the other couple we were meeting to scope out the seating area and I was so thrilled when I saw that as requested there was already a table reserved in my name, exactly where I would’ve chosen for it to be, on the exterior, with plenty of distance from other tables. I know this may seem lame and not like a very big deal to some, but I hope staff know it really meant a lot to me - I felt completely at ease and distanced and had a wonderful time feeling a sense of normalcy and getting to partake in trivia! Huge thank you Gamecraft for really taking this customer’s requests/needs into consideration- you really delivered and I’m looking forward to stopping by again soon! :)

Very disappointed. We have loved trivia night in the past, not this time. Food was good, but wait for food was over an hour and cost was high. Room was very loud and crowded, difficult to hear trivia announcements. Trivia host was not great.

Gamecraft is great like always, we’ve been coming pretty regularly to Wednesday night trivia, but we’re disappointed with this week’s format. The food, service, and friendly environment was a top quality as ever. However, the trivia host choosing a singular topic (Taylor swift) for 50 questions left our team and several others feeling out of place. Fifty questions about one pop star is not so much trivia as it is a fan club. Regulars who expect a variety of topics in different categories felt left out of a game we’d grown to love. With all do respect.
