The Fenchurch is great value for money, the staff are friendly and efficient and the food is great. A little extra choice on the menu would be good, some extra heating and soft furnishings to encourage a cosy feeling - which is a little lacking.

Ambience - because of the high ceilings, the acoustics are very echoey, which can't be helped, but it's so cold in there, puts me off going in as have to keep my coat on. Also the tables are nearly always wobbly! Great staff though and food is good.

Whilst we enjoyed visiting the Fenchurch, we do not feel that the food offered is value for money or well presented. £9 for what is nothing more than two slices of bread with some ham is pretty steep! Would expect better from a London pub for that money.
