Our Head Chef and his team are passionate about using fresh ingredients to create an enticing menu which is balanced with taste and texture. The seasons play a large part in the menu to ensure the highest of quality at all times.

Island Social Club’s purpose is to become an establishment that explores and shares our brilliant Caribbean heritage, from Island Culture to contemporary Black British culture, and become somewhere that is a clear representation of modern London life. Island Social Club was founded by Caribbean Londoners and aims to re-root British Caribbean culture in Hackney by producing undiluted and exciting encounters. With a nightly combination of Rum and Roti from Marie Mitchell and Joseph Pilgrim, alongside a curated events programme, Island Social Club aims to fill the void left by the erosion of London’s once-thriving Caribbean social scene.

Our kitchen times as follows: Monday - Friday Lunch 12pm - 3pm | 6pm -8.30pm Saturday 12pm - 9pm Sunday 12pm -5pm If you are in the garden should it rain you will not be able to enter the pub area if this area is at capacity, so please bring an umbrella. The maximum table size is 6 persons. A two-hour time limit will apply to all bookings at peak times
