Our new go to in downtown Indianapolis. This is our second visit to Harrison’s with both being excellent. The location is perfect when visiting the Murat Old National Theater. It is one block away so perfect for arriving early, parking and taking the one block walk for dinner. The cocktails are yummy and the wine list very good. I had the Chicken Parmesan and my wife had the Pesto Fettuccine with shrimp. Both were EXCELLENT. Great ambiance with nice seating inside and out with first class bar seating. A perfect start to a great evening. Thank You!!

We love Harrison's! We have been twice and both were great. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was great, we have tried the mezzaluna, tomato soup and bruschetta apps and the ribeye, branzino and chicken ceasar salad. All were excellent. We will be back to try the many other offers on the menu.

We really enjoyed our first time at Harrison’s. Our appetizer of stuffed mushrooms was excellent. My Caesar salad was really good and being able to anchovies to it elevated it. We both had filets that were cooked to perfection! My husband ordered a tiramisu to go and said it was a fabulous dessert. Very happy with our experience.

Steaks were awesome. Great value! Fish special and the chicken, ham with pasta were good but not something we would order again. Isabella was very sweet and good at her job, very low key and subtle.
We had reservations for 4 and for which 2 of us were seated accordingly. However when our friends arrived , checking in at the podium were told there were not any
reservations for our group. No biggy cause we caught them before they were seated elsewhere. This may have been complicated by our changing tables a couple of times. Bootiful restaurant. Anxious to go back in time for happy hour.

This is now one of our favorite restaurants. I’ve been there three times for lunch once and twice for dinner. Outstanding and tasty food. Service was perfect and personal. This time, we met high school friends for drinks and dinner and had a memorable 3 hours together. The owners personally stopped by to check on us. Nice atmosphere.

We had a great time. The space is Wonderful! They are still waiting on some furnishings, etc... Can't wait to see it fully completed.
Food is very good, although the lasagna, while very tasty seems to be a little overpriced for the portion size.
Ryan, our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive and gave great service!

We've been to Harrison's many times since it opens and we continue to have both lunch and dinners there. The one complaint I have and what I hear from others is that everything is a la carte. Initially at the grand opening, entrees came with two sides; that is no longer the case. Quality and presentation needs improvement. All the competition nearby (The Flatiron on Penn, Salt, Union 50) have slightly higher prices but they give you a lot more on your plate. We had a server who was new and needs more training. She never brought bread out nor poured the herbed vinegar/olive oil. I had to go and find her and ask her; by then the entrees were being served.

Having been here multiple times before, my husband and I thought Harrison’s woukd be a great place to bring our Race Day weekend guests. The food was great and we all enjoyed ourselves. Just a couple of service notes for improvement in the future… my husband and I ordered a bottle of white wine. Our server brought out glasses and then returned with the bottle which was in an ice bucket. She just plopped the bucket with the bottle down in front of my husband. She didn’t present the bottle, open the bottle or offer to pour it. The wine was fine, I was just disappointed by the lack of attention. Another couple at our table ordered a salad to share - she brought out the salad plate and just dropped it between them. I feel like most restaurants would either offer side plates for sharing or bring the salad out already split into seperate plates. We are happy to have Harrison’s in the neighborhood and have been very pleased in the past. Hoping this was just an off night. We will be back.

I appreciated the close, free parking and the Friday Happy Hour menu. The server speedily submitted our order so we could receive the deals. The food was outstanding and the birthday dessert made the evening memorable. An opportunity for improvement would be paying the bill. We were headed to a concert so we chased down the server. I will recommend this restaurant and plan to eat there again.

too noisy for the over 60 crowd. IF the facility isn't totally booked it'd be nice to space people out so it's easier to talk. music was too loud as well. there were only 4 of us in a "half" booth that we liked; waiter was excellent; everyone liked their food-but if music were a bit lower and we didn't have people right next to us it would have been more enjoyable. (or maybe just more surfaces to absorb sound).

The first round of drinks and appetizers were good. But the main pasta dishes were both watery and not to the expected standard. Likely due to a large buy out event in the main room, but it’s a shame to see the quality of food and drinks fall so much during an event that you’re not part of.

Providing this feedback because we liked Harrison's a lot but see some improvements that would have made our experience even better! 1) while the broccoli was cooked just right, it had an "old" buttery coating on it that was off-putting. Not sure what it was, but just not butter flavor - more like a heavy oil flavor. Otherwise, the food (salmon, steak) were very flavorful and would order again.
With regard to service - just need to give patrons time to eat a first course before serving the main course. Our salads had just been delivered when the main course arrived which caused us to "merge" the two courses, not our request or preference.
These are all tweaks that are easily done so we look forward to returning and having an even better experience next time! Thank you!

Very accommodating. Moved us from outside to inside so we could converse more easily as everyone in the group was 70+. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. There was a little confusion getting the food and checks to the right people. I think that was due to our party moving around to talk to everyone. Glad we were told about the happy hour and Tuesday specials; we’ll be back. Having a parking lot is a plus.

Everything was pretty great. My salmon was good but it seemed like an average cooked piece of salmon. My wife didn’t love the fried ravioli appetizer but I liked it. Price was slightly above what I would expect for the quality of the food, but overall no complaints. Service was great and I thought the space was very well thought out. Will go back again!

First and most important, the food and service were excellent and we intend to go back to try other things on the menu. Our advice, and our plan for when we return, is to request a table in the main room. We were seated in a side room and for much of the time we were the only ones in there, while the main room was a bit over half full and much livelier. Being in the other room kinda felt like being at the kids table. Overall, the place is off to a strong start and we’ll be back.

I had a reservation for 7 on 9/18 for 12:45pm for myself and 6 siblings. All from out of town except me. I arrive about 10 minutes early and no one said hello or can I hel p you. I asked about reservations and the young lady, said I don't anything about that. My thought was " well find out since you work here". No smile no nothing, I was just bothering her. I asked if chance to get a table by the window. She said, no as there was one man sitting at an 8 top. I'm not going to ask him to move. My thought, I didn't ask you to.
I know the owners of this restaurant for years and KNOW this is not how you want customers to be serviced. THe same young lady who was working behind the bar ended up serving us in the area just to the left of the entrance. Her attitude improved as the luncheon went on so she salvaged the experience but thought you should know.
Check the schedule for mid day on 9/18. Young lady with long hair. She was working with a african american gentleman who didn't go out of his way to greet arrivals.
