Join us for a delightful Vegan brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 15:00 at Banu Cafe. Enjoy homemade, plant-based dishes in a cozy atmosphere. Great and hand-made style international vegetarian food that works well! As a meat-eater I didn't even realised it was all vegetarian place. Great flavours! (glass of non-alcoholic sparkling wine included with the buffet fee (25€) was a great surprise served to the table! :)

Helsinki is full of great vegan buffets. But Banu is the best vegan buffet in Helsinki. The food is a little more varied than most and incredibly tasty. It is also great value. For €25, you get a lovely selection of buffet mains, glass of warm gloggi, beautiful salads, delicious dips, yummy cakes and a special warm drink of your choice. Thank you for a lovely visit. As a vegan I would like more concistency on the namings of the dishes, we were told everything except for one dish on the brunch was vegan which was great but we didn't realize why some of the dishes said they were vegan and some didn't - did we maybe understand something wrong? Anyways just a tiny little thing - otherwise the food was amazing and handmade which we really appreciated, the brunch included a special coffee and was definitely the best value there is for a brunch, will come again! :)

We went for a Saturday brunch. The place is a small and cute, they have a buffet with Persian food, fruits, cakes and great coffee. It is run by the owners, who are very polite and friendly, and provide excellent service. Thanks!

We had a lovely Persian style vegan brunch on Saturday. The place itself was very cozy, not too big, but had a very nice atmosphere. The owners of the place/staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained well what is included to brunch and how does it work, such as mentioned that special coffees or teas are also included to the price. The food was delicious and its presentation was beautiful and very colorful. Maybe only name tags of different dished could have been placed a bit more accurately. Otherwise everything was just perfect and it was absolutely a great value for a money. We will definitely visit Banu Café again!

Lovely place! Food was really good and we experienced some delicious new flavours, however as we went for a brunch I felt like there could have been more breakfast-kind lighter options as well. It was more lunch style in my opinion. Very kind and attentive staff, but we had to wait a bit when we entered even though we had a reservation, staff was just too busy to welcome us. Price-quality ++, I would love to go again!

Banu cafe on muuttanut uusiin isompiin tiloihin. Vanha paikka oli paljon nykyistä viihtyisämpi ja tunnelmallisempi, ja kesällä oli ihana syödä terassilla merinäköalalla. Uusi tila on vilkkaan tien vieressä ja ratikan kova ääni kantautui koko ajan sisälle kun ovi oli auki. Lisäksi tilan akustiikka oli sellainen, että se oli meluisa ja vieressä olevien ihmisten puhe kuulosti lähinnä huudolta. Myös ruoka oli ennen parempaa, itsetehtyä. Nyt tarjolla oli paljon valmisruokaa, kuten nugetteja ja falafeliä.
