On our Saturday lunchtime visit the restaurant was very quiet, which was such a shame because it was a lovely venue, but we couldn't fault the friendly welcome, speed of service and excellent food. Our server had a great sense of humour too.

We are a regular visitor to the Texas Steak House , always enjoyable and never have we been let down. Quality Steaks cooked exactly to order. One minor flaw- I am not an eater of red meat or dairy and the menu items available for me, although really nice, are very restricted. Address that issue and i'll award you 11/10!

First visit coming back from Southampton. Great little place. Nice decor,very friendly staff and good food. Reasonably priced and no automatic service charge so we gave a tip very willingly. Will definitely go back.

Waiter the guy from Cheltenham abd the boss so lovely very attentive but not overboard. The food was amazing it was faultless ambience was lovely and it was hubby’s birthday he had a bit of cake from them. 2nd time we went will return took my friend she will be returning. Can’t say many restaurants that are faultless this was top food. So lovely x

This is our first choice restaurant for steak and in fact first choice for a meal out as it is great to go to a restaurant so near to Four Marks which provides good food and service. The steak is always tender and perfectly cooked. So tasty with mash and gravy. Desserts are also excellent. Service is good, very attentive. My husband had the burger and fries and that option was also excellent. We will keep returning.

Lovely steak house, We came here for Mothers Day, My husband had drove passed it and wanted to take me and the child there. Staff was friendly, good choice of drink and food. I had the Chicken wings buffalo, the was amazing and T-bone for main, it was a little under done for my liking but that didn't taken away the flavour. I can't wait to come back.

Fantastic steaks, very tender full of flavour and superbly cooked. I had a sirloin and my partner a filet, both beautifully griddled. A great evening out that doesn't break the bank. Attentive but not obtrusive service. We will be back!

We were 2 young teens, 2 adults and 2 OAPs for a birthday lunch on Saturday. We had a really lovely time, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, with good suggestions on the food and drink (which without exception was delicious). The meal was good value for money and we will definitely be back. Thank you a lovely meal.

We would recommend this place. Although it was a long wait for food, 3/4 of an hour after ordering, it was an excellent meal and great value for money in a very pleasant environment. The staff just need to relax more, allow time to choose and to advise people if there is a delay.

Improved service and presentation. Food good and great value. Could do with some other meat options on the menu such as rack of pork ribs. A few more soft furnishings would help absorb sound across restaurant. More authentic western apparel would really make it feel like a Texan eatery e.g. saddles, cowboy hats, stirrups, lassoo, boots etc hung on the wall along with ranch type scenic pictures. All would help with the ambiance and feel of Texas to make it a regular visit.

Not sure why the owners changed form Thai to Texas steak - we loved the former - but this was surprisingly good. My husband's steak was excellent and the chicken schnitzel couldn't have been more tender. It's still a bit barn like and lacking in character but good for a night when you don't want to cook. We'll definitely go again.

Food and service excellent. But the decor in the main room is so uninviting. The bar area is nice. As soon as you can you need to change the layout. It’s like a warehouse currently. You need decoration on the walls to break up the echo and maybe some partitions to make it more cosy. We have visited this restaurant for nearly 20 years and the ambience has always been an issue. The big windows don’t help. It’s chilly in winter.

Initially very noisy music. Service good. Steak a bit fatty,have had better. Ambience operating theatre bright,not romantic, too bright. I preferred the circular seating previously installed, you have a few but more were better . I won't be bringing my lady friend here.
