I was told it was best to book so i booked a table only to be told restaurant was closed and we would have to have meals in bar area

Everything about our meal was of a high standard.
Staff friendly and always ready to help.
The only thing that spoiled it was the lack of heat 8n the dining area. Hopefully that will be rectified for my next booking.

Was nice and relaxed our waiter was helpful even offered when things where not available to put extra of something else on for us
The fresh fruit was a let down but understand cause was quiet
No yorgurt available
But definitely clean

We never ate dinner in the restaurant as it was closed on the night of our booking? We did however eat in the lounge but our table had not been reserved as we'd planned, the menu and the food however was lovely! We opted for the Indian menu which I would thoroughly recommend as everything was gorgeous! Our waiter was lovely even though he did try to charge us twice for our food! Breakfast was lovely too, this time we were booked in! Our waiter again was lovely, nothing any trouble! He explained the procedure and where everything was! He even went and brought me a flat white coffee as I'm not keen on percolator coffee! I didn't want the full breakfast so I had poached eggs and bacon with toast and it was lovely, my husband had the full fry up which was also lovely all freshly cooked and served to the table! Only downfall at breakfast was that the fruit salad was tinned, it would have been so much nicer if it had been all fresh fruit, but that to me was the only complaint!

We had breakfast and dinner for 2 days on Saturday menue was perfect and food really good but Sunday was a bit out off stock with menue not really much of choice just what they had left unfortunately and the dinner was at the bar not in restaurant on Sunday night aswell bar was out of the things to make drinks but overall food was still good :)

I asked for the bill but didn’t receive it, went to the bar after 10/15 minutes there were 2 staff members one of them acknowledged me & asked his colleague to take payment he said he was busy & ignored me but when another customer asked him for something he helped him, poor service
