We had a lovely meet up with neighbours for drinks and crisps (only) although some sharing platters were available. There was a fine range of European wines (preferred) and we were able to buy 500ml of our choice. Service friendly.

I was there with three friends for just a drink on the 17th of July so can not comment on the food.However the drinks menu was extensive with plenty of choice and not too pricey. It was very hot outside around 5.30pm but unfortunately it was even hotter inside which made it a very uncomfortable experience.There did not appear to be any cooling/ventilation system or one that worked. This may obviously not be a big problem most of the time with the normal Scottish climate.Service was very good and we would go back but the place was rather bland and lacked character, however the location is great and there is every opportunity to create something different and special.

Fantastic night. Wine super and Ghislain was so informative and knowledgeable about all the wines. Met lots of great people and the food so complimented the wine Staff as usual were very friendly and efficient and Elenor was there with her usual lovely smile. A wonderful evening and will certainly be back for all the excellent value for money wine tasting. I love the Green Room for the great wines and ambiance

Regulars at Di Vin so thought we would give this a go. Very disappointed in cheese and meat platter - not a patch on Di Vin. You really need to up your game on this. We might come for wine but would not spend £30 on 8 pieces of uninspiring cheese and a very average meat platter again here. Appreciate you may be taking your time with interior but still has a bit of an "old mans pub" feel about it. Needs some inspiring décor and better lighting. Overall, we'll come here if Di Vin and L'escargot wine bar (west end) are full, but would not be first choice. Improve, and we'll be back!

Staff were lovely. Venue was freezing cold with even a member of staff in a coat. Radiators were not on. Left to find a warmer venue! Cocktails priced reasonably but wine very expensive. No real price range.

We had a lovely evening. My friends were a little late arriving but the staff were very relaxed. The cheese board was amazing. Watch out for prices on the wine menu, they have a 500ml price on the right column and the bottle price is the first column. Easy to be confused. Having said that the wine was really nice.

Visited on a Tuesday evening and the bar was quite quiet which was not surprising given that it was the start of the week. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like the staff particularly engaged with us and there were periods of time that they were sat down / at the bar clearly scrolling through their phones whilst we tried to get their attention for service. We ordered a cheese board but the staff member was not able to give a detailed explanation as to what cheeses were included also there was no description on the menu so we ordered without clearly knowing what we would get. When the cheeseboard arrived, the portion size was decent but the cheeses were too cold and the presentation lacked appeal. We also ordered sourdough and oil which I felt was overpriced at £6 for what we received. Overall, it was an ok experience but I doubt I'll be back.

Didn't really feel very welcome. Despite booking beforehand for drinks and the bar being relatively empty when we arrived we were seated at high stools in the window which weren't very comfortable. We asked to move to one of the many empty tables with proper seats and were told that we couldn't move as they were all fully booked. At no time were all the tables occupied. We were then asked to pay up as our reservation time slot had expired, again the bar wasn't full. We were on our way out when we were told we could stay if we wanted. I appreciate the problems that businesses are experiencing at the moment with no shows but as we had booked, and turned up it would have been nice to have been able to sit in comfort. Won't be returning.

Great place great wine and excellent cheese and ham platters. Spoilt by a waitress who’s customer service skills were non existent. No welcome or shown to table, no engagement just surly, kept over attending to one specific table not sure why !! Wasn’t happy when I didn’t have my phone ready to pay contactless, she went away leaving the card machine on my table and I had to go and find her so I could pay. She wouldn’t last five minutes with the attitude she displayed if she was working for me. Put all that aside the green room is excellent

Menu at restaurant was completely different to website. Not a huge choice, out of two options at 6pm and plate was basic. Our sausages weren’t cooked, had to return.

The olives were superb.
The pitta wrap was good, but adding chips to them?
Also, the heading says ‘Wraps’ but its actually a pitta bread. The pitta was delicious but when I booked I just looked at the word ‘Wrap’ and assumed it was a traditional one ie - soft tortilla.
Also, I booked 1230 assuming lunch, then we get there and the kitchen doesnt open till 2?
I dont know if this was stated anywhere when booking online, I didnt see it.

Great staff but the food was not as enjoyable as other wine and cheese venues we have eaten at. The table was small and difficult to eat at clumsy with the cheese, charcuterie and drinks: 4 people. Very expensive compared to our other experiences.
I would go back for a drink but not for the cheese / charcuterie unless we got a bigger table and maybe some forks to help with the knives provided.
