- We use an automated table allocation system, which allocates tables based on availability and party size. It fills the window seats first, so booking in advance means you are more likely to get a window table.
- Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
- Yes, please ask your server for details.
- Do you have gluten-free options?
- Yes, please ask your server for details.
- How do I book a table?
- The quickest and easiest way to book a table is by using our online booking system. If you have a problem with it, then you could try calling but we are often too busy to answer the phone.
- Can I come just for a drink?
- Yes, if you just want drinks and nibbles that's fine. We have a good selection of wines, beers and cocktails.
- Can I see the menu?
- We are currently in the process of updating our menus but we will publish them soon.
- What time do you open?
- We are open for lunch from 12 noon. We may decide to open for breakfast at some point in the future.
- Do you do takeaway?
- Yes, we have a takeaway section offering a selection of fish and seafood. Oscar's multi award-winning gelato is also available for takeaway and we have great coffee.

Delicious good with great service, for a get together with friends and family on our visit to Scotland. The dishes were tasty and freshly cooked, good choice of drinks, great view out to sea, and the ice creams we walked back with were the perfect finish! Thank you for a lovely evening out.

The starters were 10/10. The linguine was enjoyed but not loved. Everyone (3) thought the burrata was too much.
My chicken dish was very tasty but the chicken was a little tough.

We booked a table for my partner's birthday a few months in advance requesting a table with a view and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. We really had a lovely time and it was topped off by the host bringing a gelato with happy birthday written in Chocolate. We enjoyed an amazing lunch with great views of the beach from a window table, fantastic very attentive service and lovely ambience. My friend had one dozen beautifully presented oysters, which she said were the best she's ever had, and a large dish of 6 langoustines with fresh bread which she said were delicious. My seafood chowder and fish and chips were outstanding too, and the portions very generous. A superb bottle of rose prosecco was a perfect choice, and liqueur coffees finished this truly memorable meal off perfectly.

Delighted to find this place so close to home exceeding our expectations. Stunning setting with panoramic views along the Forth (on a clear day anyway) & thoughtful, unfussy decor inside. Staff were both attentive & efficient yet naturally easy going & welcoming. Menu is well suited to the surroundings with the focus on seafood - all done especially well, judging from what our table of five ordered at least - but other dishes with some Mediterranean influence are thoughtfully added & very well prepped & presented… and above all very tasty indeed…

As usual Joppa Rocks met our high expectations in all aspects. Both waitresses were very attentive. The food was delicious. Even on a weekday evening there were enough people to ensure a nice atmosphere and on a cold night it was nice and warm, something that is not always the case in other restaurants. We will return.

Greeting on arrival was brilliant- great smile from female made us all feel very welcome.
Restaurant is very well done and looks great - obviously helped by such fabulous location.
Food was what we expected albeit couple of guests hoped for more Peas with their fish and chips .
Standout apart from location was your people who did a great job looking after us particularly female who initially greeted us

We had a lovely, relaxing lunch at Joppa Rocks. The view and the service were exceptional and the fish and chips we ordered were very nice, but no better than what we've had at most of the places we've been to in the UK. I highly recommend the place.

A fantastic dining experience. My son and I had the Portugese fish dish between us, and honestly, there was enough for 3 people. The service was exceptional. The view is fantastic. Although we both had as much as we could eat,and a bottle of wine, we didn't feel bloated or any ill effects. I think that was because the food was so fresh,and the restaurant was relaxed and unhurried. The lovely walk back along the prom made it a perfect evening. Thank you Joppa Rocks

Hi, had a lovely time. Food exceeded our expectations, we had read some negative reviews so weren’t sure how it would be. Food, service, ambiance and views were great; the prawn skewers were delicious as was the ice cream. We will definitely be back and would recommend.

Lovely staff, great location and tasteful decor. Only complaint is my ‘warm salmon salad’, salmon was cold. Was a bit disappointed. Also a slightly limited menu choice. Good to check a new place out, hope it improves.
