This was our first time here but it won’t be the last. Everything about the meal was top notch, the lady serving us was lovely. I can’t praise this place enough. We live very close by so we think it may well become our new favourite eatery.

Fantastic as always. Staff so friendly and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. We love going for a roast there and taking our grandson who is always welcome. Really lovely food is also fantastic.

Staff friendly and food very good, I had a wonky chair but changed it myself so not an issue. My only criticism (tho it never affected me) is that some customers are elderly and are expected to walk round the other side to look at the dessert menu, maybe invest in a table top chalk board and take it to them.

We came for lunch on a Wednesday lunch time. While the pub wasn't packed, there were a couple of larger groups ordering food. The service was very slow- We waited 45 mins for fish and chips to arrive. We then ordered more drinks which were forgotten about, and when reordered, they took quite a while to arrive. This continued with desserts. The food was lovely, but 2 hrs 45mins for lunch for a table of 3 is a long time and it did make the experience disappointing
