Maxwell was the absolute best! We had a fabulous time, the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Since this was a company networking event, we loved the restaurants lack of noise. We could talk and listen easily without having to shout. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Not at all what I expected nothing tasted like it was homemade , there Salsa was actually pico de gallo. Everything was very bland and cold. It was my first time there and most likely my last. And way over priced for the quality of food that was presented… don’t waste your money.

Our waiter was very friendly but forgot A LOT of things. The place was not at all busy but it still took forever to get our food and then things were never brought to us. Then I get the bill, told the waiter the card was for the bill and the $20 cash was tip.....didn't realized that he still added the gratuity to the final bill so he ended up with a $33 tip!! Not happy and will not be returning anytime soon.

This is a nice casual restaurant and the food was good. While it wasn’t particularly busy, we waited longer than expected to get our food. We’ve eaten here before and not experienced this much of a delay. So perhaps it was an unusual staffing issue. Regardless, the staff was attentive and friendly.

The ability to make a reservation was nice. Though they didn’t know we had one, they accommodated us quickly. The rub was the initial order for drinks which took almost 30 mins. They were really nice. The food was fantastic!

Our server Ashley was perfect with everything. They were pretty busy, yet took every opportunity to check on our table and keep our drink refilled. The service was quick, and our food came out fast and hot. Not to mention Ashley was SUPER friendly and had a smile at all times! At the end of the night, Kara was on her game as the bartender. Ashley and Kara are enough to bring us back based on their service alone.
We do wish there were more entree-style dishes offered, but the sliders are spectacular!

Our server could not split our bill and asked for one person only to pay. When she did, her card was charged twice. The person in charge told her they couldn’t do anything and she would just have to call her bank on Monday (This happened Friday evening.) Extremely disappointed in how this was handled. For this reason, we will not be back.

Yoooo the food took forever and was actually gross. The corned beef hash was literally disrespectful to cows. Cannot believe they died for you to serve that mess. Also the chicken DUMPLING soup literally was chicken broth and dry chicken. Notice how I didn’t include dumplings in the description because there literally weren’t any. Do better

This was my first time here the food was amazing it just took forever to get our entrées. The manager did comp our drinks for the mix up. The waiter was new but Timmy did his best. The tables needed to be wiped down after we noticed it was sticky. I will revisit the restaurant to see if my experience could be better.

I’m reaching out to address a disappointing experience I had at your restaurant. Our order was mishandled multiple times. First, we were given double the amount of appetizers we ordered — not a big deal. However, the bigger issue occurred when I was served a meat burger instead of the vegan one I ordered. After informing the waiter, he took it back to the kitchen and returned with the same burger, insisting it was vegan. It was not, as I had a vegan burger to compare it to.
On top of that, the service was so slow that we ended up being late to our show at The Loving Touch. I chose not to escalate the situation in front of my date, but I feel compelled to share my experience now.
Given the inconvenience and the mishandling of my order, I’m requesting a refund or a complimentary meal as a gesture of goodwill. I attempted to call and was told the manager’s email could be found on your website, but I was unable to locate it.

The restaurant was completely empty - though they still had a $25 fee for cancelling a reservation. Food was decidedly subpar (i.e. my corn beef hash was mostly chunks of mashed potatoes with tiny slivers of corned beef about the size of my pinkie). Truffle hashbrowns were great though. Service was good.

My friend and I ordered portabella sandwiches. They were not portabellas though. They were a bunch of sauteed smaller mushrooms. I get that they probably ran out of portabellas, but someone could have just let us know. I would’ve ordered something else. The Area 51 fries are insanely good.
