Contemporary Restaurants

Enjoy the talents of our students as they train to become chefs or hospitality professionals in Six Ninety One, the student-run restaurant. Named for the highway where Grayson College's Main Campus is located, "Six Ninety One" is a unique dining experience for the patron and the students who run the facility. Student chefs select a menu based on what skills are being taught that week, and student wait staff hone their fine dining serving skills while the guests enjoy a fine dining meal at a very reasonable price.

Tacos & Avocados launched in November 2024 in North Texas. T&A is not really Tex-Mex – we like to think of ourselves as “Mex-Tex”. Our menu is authentic Mexican cooking influenced by local Texas traditions, prepared in a scratch kitchen with only the freshest ingredients. Food & family bring people together for some of the best times of life. We created a place with vibrant colors & bold flavors to share a meal with friends or family. Pull up a chair with us & have some fun – we have the best T&A in town!
