The most memorable meal I’ve had in my life and I am 57. Everything was amazing and so inexpensive. I don’t know how they do it. I Absolutely would recommend this to anyone who is in Niagara Falls.

Excellent overall .. sound control in the dining roomshould be better.. it is difficult to carry on a conversation over the din .The main complaint is the parking problem.. the machines on the street have impossible to understand directions which we ended up paying 3.00$for one hour parking with no way to make it longer .. so lost the ticket and complained to the restaurant manager who admitted the system was incomprehensible due to the city’s regulations( but no adjustment offered)..as the only alternative we parked on the third floor of the parking garage in a dim ,damp,, dirty, scary area certainly the opposite of welcoming… please try it once and my description I’m sure you will find is not exaggerated in the least. Opening the heavy ,metal door entered us in to the culinary institute itself and totally changed the entire experience ( for the better). It is too bad such a jewel of a restaurant is not presented as it deserves to be.

We celebrated our 45th anniversary at Savor. We enjoyed talking to the students and teachers. It was great to be able to see the open kitchen and watch the food being prepared. The food was amazing - great flavor and texture. So tasty. And we had the chance to get a free take home dessert from the pastry students! The decor was great - we loved everything and can't really note an area for improvement.

My friends and I had a great experience at Savor. We wanted to try this place with the great deal. Our food was fantastic. They only thing that happened was my steak was under cooked but they made it right for me and the flavor was superb. All of our meals were great!! Everyone was helpful. Our waitress was not experienced but she was very attentive and really good. The extra dessert at the end was a nice surprise. We would definitely come back.

I was in for both Lunch and Dinner on the same day. The lunch server forgot to pour me water, perhaps because I had a water bottle on the table, however overall it was great. During the dinner, the head chef came to the table and knew a couple of the colleagues by name from having joined them for some gaming the previous year...very good memory and touch!

We really enjoyed your lovely restaurant. The overall experience was really nice. The students seemed like true professionals and our server was quite friendly and welcoming. It was obvious that he wanted our experience to be perfect. I have only one minor thing that I felt could have been better. We had the hearth roasted acorn squash as our main dish. It was beautifully presented and the quinoa stuffing was perfect, but the squash could have been roasted for a little bit longer. It was a bit firm and hard to cut into instead of being fork tender.

Before my husband and I left for our trip,I read about Savor. I thought ,"we need to go". So I made our reservations a couple of weeks before we got there. The place was awesome, clean, and good vibes. The waiter was extraordinary. He answered our questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he said he would find out. His name is Zach . Very attentive, and professional, but with a caring way. The food was 4 star. I never had Risotto like what I had with my chicken. The dessert was very decadent. Loved everything about it. I think this is a great program for future chefs. Thank you

Savor had some of the best food we ate on our short trip to Niagara. The service was great, very little wait time between courses and they brought out our son's food before ours which helped keep him happy too. I wish we would have stayed longer just to have dinner there as well.
