We had a great experience at the Backyard on Saturday night. We were not informed that this was the new VIP entrance, but found it and got in on time. The food was quick and very good. The new complimentary app buffet is a terrific idea - hope it stays. It's a great way to try small bites/samples that we might not order ordinarily, but definately will in the future. One suggestion would be to paint the table numbers on the bottoms of the high tops or on the umbrellas for lowtops. The food servers were walking around in circles trying to find table numbers. It was a MUCH better opening than last year!!!!

Nicole is wonderful! I don’t like to hear music of the act I am about to see live. Music a little loud for conversation. Did not order food.

For the first time here, the service was terrible! Waited over 10 minutes after seating for a server and no one ever came. Ended up serving ourselves at the bar. As always, Liz was amazing and attentive and her drinks were made well. You need to hire more servers or train them properly.
