Food lovely. Especially Terry's cheesecake oh my word!!
Staff so friendly and attentive.
My only feedback is that the plates are too artisan for the design of the place. Also found it awkward to move my food round the wave shaped plate.
To fit in with the ambiance I think skillets or boards or melanin plates would compliment the dining experience more.
Proper wooden steak knives too. Ribeye with silver cutlery knife seemed strange although perfectly functional.
Minor feedback just to compliment a great place!

Don’t know if the chefs are allowed salt or not as everything was under seasoned, it was either spicy or way too sweet. Seeming that we counted 12 servers, the service was terrible they were too busy sitting around drinking on a table next to us, we saw them drink, laugh and joke and lounge around with this table. We felt isolated as we had to ask 3 times for our bill and the table wasn’t cleared when we were finished, the plates were only taken when the main came out. On the note of the servers, none of them were wearing masks, or at least properly, just 3 had the sunflower lanyard and there was no social distancing with tables at all. We noticed as well that there was a specials board of which we weren’t offered. Overall for all the hype around the restaurant, it was just an utter let down and our experience was terrible, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, and the only nice thing we actually had were the drinks and the starters.

Food and service was excellent. The event lacked a bit of atmosphere in my opinion because of a lot of empty space so as we were sat at the back felt
Like we missed the atmosphere. Plus when the bull came out
At the end they switched the lights on and turned the music off so again people started leaving. So by 9.45 the evening was over and didn’t feel like we could stay as no music and lights on.

First impressions, the themed decor of restaurant was amazing.
We came for the Olly murs event.
His performance was great.
We had the set xmas menu, great food really tasty. Think the kids menu was a little overpriced for set menu, but it's still great tasting food.
The bull is a great part of the evening. could have it on a little longer maybe.
Things that we would have liked to see, staff in themed outfits, cowboy hats available to wear, line dancing and in general just go all out with the theme .
Down falls - not restaurant fault but maybe have a family seating section ( we was next to a lively bunch language was a little blue for our children's ears )
Toilets - unfortunately being used for alternative uses. This maybe needs addressing.

We loved the atmosphere, singer had a great voice, the food was cooked lovely, table service was excellent. What could be made better is that with the the 2course set menu you could choose either the starter or the desert as it is you could only have a starter and main and have to pay for desert, also maybe burgers could be added, I appreciate steak ect is expensive but there was lack of beef on the menu, it was mainly chicken and pork. The only thing that stopped us staying all evening was the fact it was so hot, there was no air con and just a couple of fans which had very little effect unless you stood next to them. I am not sure if the Bull was in use as part of it was rolled away to make way for more tables but do not know if this was available to use later in the evening as we left around 9pm due to how hot it was, great photo opportunities dotted around tho which is great

Great singer, great staff, they are very helpful and great at hospitality. The staff and the singer seriously made this experience. Drinks were really good. Food was ok. I had the ribs they were nice but would have been better with some BBQ sauce as they were dry on their own but the sauce but the meat was really good quality and cooked well.

Overall it was an OK experience. One of our dishes came out after everything else had been eaten which wasn't great. Staff also started repairing the mechanical bull right next to us which surely could have been done when the restaurant is closed. It felt like we were in the way.

Overall we had a great time, the food was lovely and drink were nice, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and gave the place a great feel. Problems we had was the service was quite slow, and the amount of food for the price was a little lacking e.g. the pancakes. There was a 20 minuet period were we had no drinks or food and had to just sit there. But over all impressed and will try again

Waitress was very good, very well looked after. Decor is fab. Live music was great but when he wasn’t playing the streamed music was far too loud so we couldn’t easily talk across the bay. Food was good apart from chips were not skin on they were cheap fry ones and the burgers weren’t great. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold. The cocktail deal was unclear and meant we could not have what we had ordered. The bill wasn’t operational which was disappointing as there was a pile of wood all over the restaurant which spoilt the ambiance. We were excited to try this restaurant but it didn’t meet expectations sadly.

Great welcome and a really good themed restaurant. Staff were really friendly. Good menu choice and prices are reasonable for the meals provided. We did have quite a long wait for food (just mains around 45mins) and it was fairly quiet. Meals were plentiful and tasty though. Just a couple of suggestions,I found it to be very warm in there and it was a reasonably warm night so not sure if A/C needed to be adjusted.Also (and this may be down to the current restrictions) it would be a good idea to provide maybe wipes/kitchen roll/serviettes on tables as the food can be messy. All-in-all a good first visit and will ceratinly be back.

Very nice place. Service was slow and staff not very warming despite only being a handful of customers. Beer was watered down incredibly. Menu sounded great but apart from the Nacho's, the food was bland and boring. Very over priced and nothing to bring the food up a notch. Disappointed as the bill was £55 for 2 people and noting exciting food wise. Shame as a good concept.

Needs tweaking, tooth picks and better lighting in the wagons would be good. Had to use my phone light to read the menu. Portion sizes not the best ordered a share platter. Only 1 corn dog only 1 portion of chips. Pork on the rib burger was extremely chewy. A jug of water and more napkins would have also been good. It’s a very mucky meal to eat. Staff were friendly though. Very expensive for what we had unfortunately probably won’t visit again.

My colleague and I visited to have a working lunch. Our first impression was that the atmosphere was amazing. The service was a little slower than hoped but they explained why and apologised. The reason was reasonable so this was not an issue. The food tasted amazing and we both felt it was good value for money. I'll be honest, when my food first come out (BBQ pulled port sandwich) I thought it was the smallest burger bun I'd ever seen. However, it was packed full of pulled pork and I was more than satisfied when I finished my meal. We were too full for dessert so brought it home for later; I had the brownie and I think it was the best brownie I have ever tasted! I brought my husband back the Terry's Cheesecake and he said it was the best dessert he has every had from a restaurant and he cannot wait to go to try the food himself. In the end, it is really nice to support a local business while also having delicious food which is good value for money. I really hope that the business takes off and is here for the long-run. The main issue I can see posing a problem is parking, but due to the location there are alternatives that can be accessed.

Terrible, overbooked, overpriced, just a load of kids running round with no guidance. Took an hour to get 2 starters and 2 drinks. Portions tiny but expensive. Pork was all fatty. Left after starters and went elsewhere. We weren't the only people walking out either

The food was delicious, the waitress we had was lovely, but there wasn’t enough staff on and we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our plates to be taken away and order dessert, unfortunately despite our best efforts no one came and we decided to leave as the children were becoming restless.

The food was good but this was overshadowed by very poor customer service. We had to ask for more drinks and sauces for our main course and the staff weren’t interested in looking after us at all they were more interested in the bucking bronco. Even after complaining this was not rectified. We were recommended by our friend to visit however we will not be visiting in the future.

Despite being an early booking the table wasn't the cleanest, there was food on the floor and we had to ask for cutlery and napkins, even though they were set up on other tables.
The two young ladies working were polite, helpful and efficient. The food was/is simply brilliant and the afternoon deal made it an absolute bargain.

Service was slow and we feel we were ignored. The food was absolutely awful, the starter came in a tiny bowl just four cubes of beef brisket, the bowl was no bigger than the palm of my hand, no sauce, no garnish. The main, meat was dry like it had been warmed in the microwave. We won’t be returning, ruined our night out, we had such high hopes.

Couldn't make it due to illness, tried to rebook for following week as not to lose deposit but was told too late (2hrs before 7pm booking) would have trouble selling tickets, but there was still tickets available when I later checked. shame really as it's a great place.

Waitress was really welcoming ,the building was freezing ,needs heating, the decor is fab and the food as nice as it was ,was cold in parts , we are going to book again ,cause overall I enjoyed it all ,the main thing that let it down was the how cold the room was and part of the food

Service and entertainment was great however extremely overpriced for what it was paid £30 for just the starter and main which didn’t come with any sides, had to pay an extra £2.50 for 3 onion rings also the room was very cold and I didn’t take my coat off the whole time I was there! Wish we could’ve had a chance to ride the bull but that didn’t come out til later in the night and didn’t want to wait there all night to do so
