The quality of the food is amazing. The staff are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. We live 70 miles away yet this is our favorite Italian restaurant - and it's well worth the drive.
Took a friend who used to live in Italy and even they said it was better than many places they've eaten on Rome.

I love it - the quality has been consistent if not better since the new owners took over. The pizza is good. The pasta dough on the mezzalune reminds me of italy, and I can't find pasta like this apart from at Gustami where it's homemade. Love it. Please don't stop doing the strawberry spritz as well!

Am so glad a friend told us about this hidden gem! No fuss or pretence just a genuine warm welcome from the lovely staff and great service and wonderful food! Every now and then you come across a true hidden gem. We're not from Birmingham but were there for an event at the Utilita Arena. We originally tried to book Zizzi, Pizza Express etc. but they were all full on short notice, so I found Ristorante Caffe Gustami on Google Maps and was able to book a table online. The owner, Raffaele, even sent me a personal text message to confirm our booking which was a nice touch.
The food was superb - we had the sharing pizza dough starter plus a couple of specials to start, then pizza and pasta for our main course, and coffee and ice cream for desserts. We also had beer and wine, so for the bill to come out at under £100 for the four of us was incredible value.
The staff are super friendly and there's a nice atmosphere with some Italian music on and plenty of people came in without it ever getting too packed out. If you're going to the Utilita Arena for an event, this is only about a 10 minute walk away and is a great spot for some pre-gig food and drink!

Great place to chill and enjoy some great authentic food and customer service was great … I’d had recommendations about this place so been on my list for a while so so glad I took a few friends with me as was well worth it .
