The group had an absolutely horrible experience and were told to be quiet, the service was the worst they have ever seen, 11 of 14 waited over 1.5 hours and did not receive food. Left CW Coops without being fed. No one is eager to ever return. The server was not apologetic and they were not offered anything for the delays as well as the lack of service. One patron commented that the establishment prioritized the comedy show customers over our group. We believe all customers should be treated equally and this was certainly not the case. Will not recommend CW Coops to anyone and will be honest about the experience if asked. Do better.
