Overall this was great place. Gives an upscale feel to a vegan Asian food experience. I enjoyed the space and ambiance a lot. It also got busy during our dinner so I can tell a lot of people enjoy eating here. The food we good but not the best food I’ve had. However with that said, I LOVED the dessert tray they bring around. And it was hot in our section toward the back so adjusting the temperature slightly would’ve been great. Overall 8/10 experience and I would return. Maybe what I ordered just wasn’t my cup of tea but they have a lot of great options on the menu.

I was told that they “do not check the notes under reservations” when I explicitly asked for an outdoor table. They do not care about social distancing or the safety of their customers. The staff was extremely rude, patronizing, and un-accommodating. If you value your money and/or the safety of yourself and your loved ones, safe yourself a trip.

Just moved from Los Angeles and the food was expensive even for Los Angeles pricing. It was really good food. But, overpriced for what it was. I may go back. The food is good. The food was fabulous! It took too long to get it, though. Our server was nice but rushed. We had to ask for coffee and dessert instead of the waiter offering them. Atmosphere was nice, but we were cold and had to leave our coats on. Next time, we’ll ask for a booth/bench as the chairs were not comfortable (that could be just a personal thing). Overall, it’s my favorite restaurant for really good vegan food. The food is phenomenal!

My daughter is vegan and I'm not. This was our 1st visit to this particular establishment and definitely won't be our last. My daughter loved everything we ordered, I especially loved the brussel sprouts and the asparagus, the decor and atmosphere were lovely. Our waiter was our only complaint about our dining experience, he was not helpful in the least and seemed rushed (short w answers) the restaurant was not even busy for the type of customer service he provided. Other than that it is worthy for another visit!

We’re repeat customers and have always had a wonderful experience with service and the food. Unfortunately our server this time was not very attentive. It was as if he was just doing his job with as little input as possible. He didn’t offer to discuss the menu like we overheard another server telling the nearby table about new menu items and popular items. We ordered a bottle of wine but our server didn’t allow it to be tasted first before pouring a full glass.
We were celebrating a birthday so the lack of service was a big let down for a special evening.

This is fantastic pan-asian food regardless of being vegan or not! While we did not go at a super busy time, there was one server for the entire floor. And she was extremely attentive, observant and kind. Some of the best service experienced especially amidst masks. The appetizers are so delicious and there are so many textures (highly valued for someone who can't taste). The atmosphere is a classic asian culture trying to assimilate into American fanciness, not my preference. Thank you!

I was looking for a new dining experience near the Fox Theater, and found Herban Fix on my quest for a nice place to celebrate our anniversary before attending the theater. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive, and we decided to give it a go even though neither of us are truly vegan, (though we eat healthfully). Every dish was perfectly prepared, and far exceeded expectations. The soy ginger dressing was light and flavorful on my salad, and the vegetables in our dishes were cooked to perfection. We shared the truffle wild rice topped with assorted mushrooms and the creamy curry broth with tofu, vegetables and cashews. Outstanding. I also had a house crafted cocktail which was also perfect. Be sure to save room for the chocolate ganache cake. The atmosphere was hip, yet comfortable...and I loved the somewhat open concept and being able to see into the kitchen. Our server was pretty remarkable with her knowledge of each dish and the details. She was super helpful, and though we hadn't expected to be sharing, brought larger spoons out that gave us an opportunity to do so. I wish chef would write a cookbook! We will return...I loved it!

Everything we ordered tasted amazing. It started with delicious vegan cocktails and mocktails. The appetizers and entrees were creative and flavorful. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Warm atmosphere, safety measures followed. Can’t wait to come back

I asked to be moved to two different areas and was told they were not serving in those areas. Then saw them seat another party in one of the areas they told me they were not seating. I love the food at this restaurant, but I didn't appreciate that.
